This is a full hypnobirthing and antenatal course. Set over two Saturdays 14th & 21st May (includes a 30 minute lunch break). The course is set at the wonderful Kay Oliver Photography Studio in Long Eaton, easily accessed from Leicestershire, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire. Is your baby due in the Summer? Then this is the course for you. Our course will teach you everything you need to know and more to fully prepare for your birth. It's a full antenatal and hypnobirthing course, but it's definitely not hippie hippie, its honest, scientific, evidence based and logical. If you're not sure you can always join one of your free taster sessions to see what we are all about. You will learn: * What hypnobirthing is and how it will make a real difference to your birth * The science behind birth and how your body works * The importance of your birth partner * Your birth choices and where to birth your baby * What birth will actually be like * Your birth rights * The fourth trimester and how to prepare for life with a baby * Plus so much more! This course also includes Baby First Aid training with the wonderful Maria from Mini First Aid Derby & Nottingham Included in the price you will also get an exclusive Maternity Shoot with the fabulous Kay Oliver, a perfect way to embrace your wonderful pregnant body! Our course is fully interactive, tonnes of fun and you really will learn so much. You will receive everything that you need, course equipment, MP3's, affirmation cards, 121 support from me until the birth of your baby and postnatal support including breast-feeding and baby massage online resources.
