At The Happy Birthing Co. we run antenatal and hypnobirthing courses that will make a huge difference to your birth.
Hypnobirthing is often misunderstood, so if you are looking for me to hypnotise you in a Derren Brown stylee then you have come to the wrong place!
Although I won't be swinging a pocket watch, I will be helping you to educate and empower yourself to ultimately get the birth you want.
Our course is jam packed with knowledge, science and tools to help you to be fully prepared for your birth and beyond.
I want you to feel calm, confident and supported, but this just happen, you need to educate yourself and know how to make those things work for you.
By feeling these things you are less likely to have an intervention in labour and you are more likely to feel in control because you are able to make informed decisions.
By having practical techniques for you and your birth partner will help to make all of these things happen.
Through all of this you have me at the end of the phone, for added support and questions answering of situations that may have be thrown at you unexpectedly.
Due to COVID-19 all of our courses are currently being taught online, this still includes everything that you would receive in our in person courses, plus extra content which includes how to still have a positive birth during the corona virus pandemic.
