Hi and welcome, I'm Laura Wilkinson, Royal College of Midwife accredited hypnobirthing teacher and mum of three. 

 

I am a complete birth enthusiast and advocate for all birthing people.

Here at The Happy Birthing Co. we are here for everyone. This is a safe space for everyone and we love to be able to support you through your pregnancy and birth. 

 

My interest in Hypnobirthing began when I discovered that a couple of my friends had used the techniques to achieve a far more relaxed birth than I had previously believed possible. The more I learnt about Hypnobirthing, the more fascinated I became.

 

Two of my children were born via planned C-Section but both were very different experiences. I learnt that with planning, preparation and calmness how this could dramatically alter your birth experience. Having heard of these wonderful empowering stories, I decided that I wanted to help people have the best birth possible and trained to be a Hypnobirthing teacher.
Over the years I have worked with countless couples, who have experienced different birth scenarios, but everyone has been positive. This is the beauty of our course, it is for all births! 

 

The Happy Birthing Co. was born to spread the word of how truly incredible birth can be. Education is key, learning how your body works and what it needs to make birth as effective as possible.

I believe every person has the right to have a positive birth experience and our course enables you to do that. I am on a mission to make sure that is possible for everyone.
